LEFT CALL GO TO ANSWERING MACHINE BUT NO MESSAGE LEFT

An Asian woman named " Robin Smith" tried to get me to pay her $520.00 for a pay day loan that I never applied for or received. She said she had an affidavit for a lawsuit against me. She had me worried but I checked it out and it's bull. I wish I could find these people but I figured I would do this instead. All of the information she gave me was miss printed she said because I called her out on a wrong piece of info and she fed me that line. Please burn them down.

Caller left a message stating he was with the State Investigation Department. It was urgent that I contact him to settle an urgent matter or they will contact my employer regarding my status and I would lose my job. A total scam!

called to say I owed a payday loan from American Payday... I have never had a loan from this company... huge scammers

ADDENDUM Quick look up of area code and exchange reveals call came from Danville, Virginia.

Call everyday to my job and cell#. Called over the weekend to my job. left threatening messages. Calls says they are with the legal dept. Took $304 from my checking account thru CHEQUEBOT. I am in the process of a dispute to get my money back. This is ridiculous and someone needs to stop these foreign idiots. They let them come over here and now they are taking over and out of control.
